The judging criteria are as follows:

Innovative safety practices (40%): How creative and forward-thinking are your safety solutions?
Effectiveness (30%): How well do your safety solutions actually prevent accidents and protect people?
Worker and family involvement (20%): How well do you involve workers and family members in your safety efforts?
Quality of submission materials (10%): How clear, creative and impactful are your essay, photos or videos?
